"There are times when a word from a man can get far, but when I want to get away, I can't because I'm trapped."

Global Poetry Crew was formed in order to give a voice to those in the homeless community who aren't being heard. Through our events, we endeavor to entertain -- as well as educate -- the general public about issues within the community that deeply affect those who are in less fortunate circumstances. However, we cannot hope to complete our goals by ourselves. Through the entire community, we hope to raise awareness and provide help to those who need it most.
Help us help the homeless.
We are currently in the developing stages of creating several volunteer networks, but don't just wait for us to finish! Volunteer your time by attending a show, by standing up and speaking on homeless citizens' behalf, or by calling your local government to raise awareness about the true problem of homeless throughout the nation, and throughout the world. Funds are short, shelter programs are being disposed of, and the quality of the aid that homeless citizens around the world are receiving is rapidly decomposing. We're not asking for just a monetary donation; we're asking for your boundless energy -- energy that can help us create true change in the world around us.
Think globally, act locally.

Testimonials
"There were times when I would get tired of living, but one thing that Litho has showed me was that life has a meaning in its own way and that one problem shouldn’t get us; the universe has it own problems and it won't give up. Why should we?" Kenny L, New Haven, CT
